Beyond their masters degrees from Bentley University, the twins hold graduate certificates in Executive Coaching from William James College. Further certifications in account-based strategy, project management, and conceptual selling add to the power base for their work advisory. Formerly, as adjunct professors, the twins have also taught and mentored. Their sincere passion and engagement has earned them invitations to Careers in Consulting, Women in Tech, and other related speaking events (expert panels, roundtables, mock interview coaching and other presentations). Through their volunteerism in leadership development, they have initiated, structured, and delivered mentoring programs for corporate-wide HR-business partner success.

Since the very beginning of their careers, the twins walk the talk — in fact, every position they have ever held, they have been hired together 16 consecutive times. A result of the professional poise, decisive diplomacy, and navigational negotiation they have practiced since their first roles in consulting and on up through global director-level positions.
